Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work

onsite

with our client in

Fremont, CA . Interested?

Here’s what you’d do:

Assist in overseeing and maintaining the production processes within the Metrology Department

Manage incoming and outgoing jobs for both internal and external metrology service requests

Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams and couriers

Act as a liaison between the Metrology department and other internal departments

Provide feedback on systems and work towards continuous improvement

Foster a healthy and inclusive work environment

Maintain professionalism and cordial working relationships

Adhere to the client’s ‘Core Values’ and strict focus on Customer IP Protection

Here’s what you’ll get:

Pay rate: $23.57/Hour.

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Length: Temp (6 Months)

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience

Minimum of 2 years of Clerical experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating the computer interface and navigating the diagnostic software.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience

Experience creating SOPs or similar guiding documents for professional use

Experience in a Quality Control role

Experience coordinating with shipping/logistics services

Experience either leading or being part of the rollout of a new professional initiative

Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills

Adaptive, quick learner, and flexible

Ability to be extremely detail-oriented, patient, organized, accountable, and work well in a team environment

Ability to speak, read, and write in English

Additional Information:

Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
