Acara Solutions seeks a highly qualified Manufacturing Technician to work on‑site with our client in Hoffman Estates, IL. This position involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or computer‑based systems. Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or computer‑based systems. Follow written procedures and technical drawings to perform tasks. Accurately record data and findings in internal systems. Use provided tools and test equipment (cordless screwdrivers, torque wrenches, digital multimeters). Occasionally handle low‑level radioactive components with safety measures provided. Benefits

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, including schematics and wiring diagrams. Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Familiarity with hand and power tools (torque wrenches). Experience using electrical test instruments (digital multimeters, ground bond testers). Experience installing software on computer systems. Mechatronics certification. Prior work in a technical or manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn new technical skills. Ability to read and follow step‑by‑step procedures. Ability to interpret engineering drawings. Attention to detail when logging data electronically or on paper. Collaboration within a team. Additional Information
Background check and drug screen required upon offer. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Availability to work 1st shift and occasional overtime (including some weekends). All hires must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
