The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.****About the Role:****The epicenter of this role is to manage Time Office, Compliances and Ferrero Outsourced Payroll provider for Blue Collar employees and White Collar employees, from the daily queries, reconciling monthly input, variance analysis and output for the payroll provider so they can successfully run payroll, thorough to managing the outsourced provider against KPI’s.****Main Responsibilities:***** Ensure smooth functioning of the Time office, and end to end Payroll Administration process.* Act as a point of escalation for the employee issues related to Attendance, Overtime, Leave, Pay Slips, Tax and other payroll queries.* Ensure Kronos System works effectively, all in-out attendance, overtime, leave, mandays reports are processed from time to time and in case of any issues escalations are made to the respective stakeholders.* Overall responsible for processing the attendance of contractual employees, providing details on mandays, leaves and overtime to the contractors. He will also be responsible for validating monthly invoices of all labour contractors.* Conduct periodical statutory compliances and time office internal/external audits for all manpower and service provider agencies and close the open points as per defined timeline.* Ensure all employee details are provided to region colleagues/insurance company for covering them under different Insurance Policies.* Prepare monthly payroll inputs for all employees and share them as pr Payroll Calendar with the outsourced payroll provider.* Reconciliation of Payroll, review changes in payroll, and prepare proper reasoning for the same every month.* Ensure inputs about new joinees, seperation, full and final, gratuity accrual etc are provided within time to the regional colleagues/external agencies/finance for making necessary entries/provisions.* Address queries/grievances on time office, payroll, tax from time to time.* Responsible for preparation of monthly employee data for HR Operations MIS/HR Dashboard.* Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures* Prepare documents/letters/returns as per the compliance requirements under various labor & factory laws. & Govt notifications from time to time* Co-ordinate with different internal and external auditors for different audits that take place in the company i.e. Sedex Audit, Statutory Audit, GIA Audit, Quality Audits, Contractors Audit and other Govt authorities* Responsible for Statutory compliance of all legal aspects i.e. 1) PF 2) Bonus 3) Gratuity 4) Insurance 5) Factory Act 6) Contractor Act 7) LWF 8) Employment Exchanges 9) Apprenticeship 10) EPP etc. Ensure that the returns are submitted.
