Assist in development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns targeted at commercial clients, including digital and traditional marketing efforts. Conduct market research to identify trends, build visibility to the competitive landscape, and understand client needs. Assist in marketing message development promoting commercial service offerings. Collaborate with the sales, operations, and communications team to support business efforts with targeted campaigns and promotional activities. Analyze campaign performance and report insights to improve future marketing strategies. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. 5 years of experience in data-driven performance marketing planning & execution, preferably within a Business-to-Business setting. Even better, you may have
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with a proven track record of owning key assignments and delivering results cross-functionally. Demonstrates proactive problem-solving and decision-making in independent tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Testing and iteration mindset—you're data-curious and always looking for ways to optimize performance. Creative and innovative mindset, comfortable generating and testing new ideas. Enjoys developing innovative marketing strategies in a dynamic, startup-like environment. Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball. Team player and collaborator, excellent at coordinating cross-functional efforts and building relationships.
