Job Description
Manages, develops, and implements projects of varying complexity and size in the assigned functional area.
Partners with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Leads multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives.
Works with stakeholders to establish project performance goals, designs project plans, develops timelines, identifies milestones, and tracks performance.
Identifies, tracks, and resolves project issues; monitors and communicates project status to the project team.
Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis, and provides input into the design and development of plans and timelines.
Manages project risk; uses quality tools to identify risk areas and collaborates to find alternatives or solutions.
Documents and shares team learnings, maintains records, and communicates status to the Project Sponsor and stakeholders.
Identifies and assigns appropriate resources, guides and coaches team members, and provides developmental feedback.
Qualifications
Field project manager with 5–10 years of construction project management experience.
Experience managing construction projects; no Telecom/IT background required.
Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and resolve project issues.
