Job Description We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. We are offering immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out‑of‑pocket cost. We will provide a brand‑new building and state‑of‑the‑art equipment to help you deliver world‑class medicine. Location is completely flexible – let us know where you want to build. This is a prime opportunity to become a practice owner and leader in your hospital, build the culture you envision, and experience full medical autonomy.

Qualifications
Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
3+ years of Veterinarian experience
Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health’s core values
Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well
