Job Description We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. We are offering immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out‑of‑pocket cost. We will provide you with a brand‑new building and state‑of‑the‑art equipment so you can deliver world‑class medicine. Location is completely flexible – let us know where you want to build. Qualifications

Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license

3+ years of veterinary experience

Current DEA license/USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire

Compassionate leader with experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values

Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well
