We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. The role supports Epic’s growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi‑million‑dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide and will own challenging projects such as forging vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks both domestically and abroad, and managing litigation. Your responsibilities will grow rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our industry.
Relocation Position is based on Epic’s campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation. Epic recruits nationally and provides full financial relocation assistance.

Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
