Overview You’ll support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets.
You'll negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world. You’ll also own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and managing litigation. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.
Qualifications
Strong academic and professional background
Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
