We are expanding and interviewing to hire an attorney with 7+ years experience in our Tampa office. Personal injury litigation and trial experience (plaintiff or defense) is preferred but not necessary.

With offices in Tampa and Seminole, our Personal Injury Team litigates general liability, product liability, auto, premises, personal injury, and wrongful death cases throughout the State of Florida. We are self-driven and motivated to obtain the best results for our clients in litigation and at trial. Attorneys willing to meet and exceed these expectations are encouraged to apply. In this position, you will work with some of the most accomplished, results-oriented plaintiff trial lawyers in Florida.

Some verdicts include:

$60,000,000.00 verdict in a traumatic brain injury case

$16,400,000.00 verdict in a traumatic brain injury case

$11,000,000.00 verdict in a wrongful death truck crash case

$4,296,072.96 verdict in an auto accident case involving shoulder and back injuries

Full benefits are available. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, with an opportunity to earn significant bonuses based on performance. We are also open to discussing fee sharing and partnership with the right candidates.

We are active in local trial lawyer organizations and stay up-to-date with legislative changes, statutory amendments, and court opinions impacting our clients’ cases. Attorneys collaborate regularly to ensure practice is at the forefront of the law. We provide regular in‑house litigation and trial training, in addition to attending conferences and seminars to remain at the cutting edge.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters, from filing to trial.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court proceedings.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial.

Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to push and resolve cases.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in Florida.

7+ years of experience in Civil Litigation and Civil Trial; personal injury preferred.

Proven track record of successfully litigating personal injury cases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
