Our client, a highly respected boutique personal injury firm, is seeking to add an accomplished attorney with
7+ years of civil litigation experience
to its growing Tampa office. While prior personal injury or trial experience—plaintiff or defense—is preferred, the firm is open to strong litigators eager to develop or expand their PI practice.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through trial
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Prepare cases for settlement negotiations and trial presentation
Stay current on developments in Florida personal injury law
Take on additional responsibilities necessary to advance and resolve cases
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Florida Bar
7+ years of civil litigation and trial experience (PI preferred)
Demonstrated success litigating personal injury matters
Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Opportunity for fee sharing and partnership consideration for the right candidate
Full benefits package, including: 401(k) + employer match; medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off
Salary: $77,000.00-$108,000.00
