Business Solutions Manager | Adams & Martin Group Legal Staffing
Location: Minneapolis, MN.
Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Review and resolve title and survey issues; draft title objections and closing documents.
Abstract and review commercial leases; prepare estoppels, subordination, and non‑disturbance agreements.
Draft deeds, assignments, easements, and corporate documents.
Manage condominium/co‑op transactions and due diligence.
Oversee commercial loan closings; prepare mortgages, notes, and related documents.
Organize transactions, closing checklists, and large deal files.
Qualifications
BA/BS preferred; paralegal certificate or 6‑10+ years relevant experience required.
Strong communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
High confidentiality and excellent client service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
