We’re seeking an experienced
Automotive Controller
to join our growing luxury dealership team. This role oversees accounting operations across
three franchises , including financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and compliance.
What You’ll Do
Manage dealership accounting and financial systems
Prepare monthly budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
Reconcile daily bank accounts and review ledgers
Oversee payroll, HR coordination, and insurance claims
Partner with department leaders to drive profitability
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of automotive dealership controller/accounting experience
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office
On-site availability (limited remote flexibility for emergencies)
