Job Summary The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full‑cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and onboarding support
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring goals
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and coordinate interview processes
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Bilingual skills are a plus
Proven experience in corporate or in‑house recruiting
Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting processes and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
