We are looking for a recent graduate with 2+ years of experience in Human Resources & general office administration and a lot of enthusiasm to learn. Must be able to drive as occasional local travel is required to client sites.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the administrative functions of recruiting and onboarding process
Prepares new employee files and documents.
Conduct onboarding presentations to the new hires.
Collect and reconcile time sheets.
Maintain the timesheet system.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Maintain job databases and other documents as needed.
Required Skills
2+ years of corporate work experience
Highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency with MS Office products, social media, Google docs etc.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
