WHAT YOU’LL DO
Exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort (MCR).
Provide leadership and mentoring to other IT Application Support Analyst, and IT Support Technicians including coordinating and reviewing the work of others, training, and coaching.
Facilitating problem solving through best practices.
Resolve complex hardware and software malfunctions.
Schedule and facilitate end user training.
Schedule and facilitate application testing and validation.
Integrate and interface hardware or software.
Make technical presentations internally and to outside departments.
Determine performance, capacity, and utilization for system components.
Assist in planning migrations to new or improved hardware and software products.
Monitor application changes and additions to the systems.
Monitor access of secure IT locations to ensure IT policies and procedures are followed.
Research new or updated technology.
Act as liaison between IT Operations and other functional units for escalation purposes.
Create, maintain, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to appropriate personnel.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
A Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in Engineering, IS or Technical Degree). Three (3) additional years of Application Support related experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
Three (3) years of on-the-job experience in a technical field.
Industry specific knowledge of products utilized in Hotel Management, Gaming, Finance and Food & Beverage preferred.
