Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role focuses on managing small commercial accounts within the Select Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. This is a fully remote position based in Texas, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
Compensation Package
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $50,000 in premium or less.
Provide full A–Z account management, including service and retention.
Handle certificates, endorsements, invoicing, marketing/remarketing, and client communication.
Quote and process renewals, with a focus on retention and client satisfaction.
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications / Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
Eager to learn and grow within the role.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
