Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for Salesforce solutions Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria Configure and optimize Salesforce features, including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and reports/dashboards Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud enhancements aligned with evolving program needs Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities to support adoption What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4–5 years working specifically with Salesforce Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and reports/dashboards Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams Experience working in Agile environments, writing user stories, and supporting sprint planning and backlog refinement How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) to support collaboration with technical teams Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX) from a business requirements perspective Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification
