Human Resources Manager
to join their team. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who can drive excellence across all facets of Human Resources in a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and safety programs.
Coach and mentor HR staff, providing guidance on best practices and organizational policies.
Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions to maintain a respectful and compliant workplace.
Manage workers’ compensation, FMLA, and leave processes, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
Collaborate with management to resolve issues, share insights, and drive organizational goals.
Maintain and update employee handbooks, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
Lead social compliance audits and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Administer payroll and approve HR-related invoices as needed.
Champion a customer‑service approach to supporting employees at all levels.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience in a manufacturing setting (food manufacturing strongly preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong credibility and a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset.
Compensation Range:
$95,000‑$110,000 + 10% Bonus
