HR Generalist – Avetta Avetta is seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our Global People Ops Team in Lehi, UT. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dynamic, and ready to get things done. This role serves as the first point of contact for all new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and providing continuous HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage employee benefits programs, including drafting and managing company‑wide communications and liaising with brokers, providers, and stakeholders.

Assist employees with benefits‑related inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Process and maintain benefits enrollments, education, forms, inquiries, HRIS updates, carrier platforms, and employee communications.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Manage the offboarding process for departing employees and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.

Collaborate with department managers to understand HR needs and provide strategic support.

Advise on HR best practices, contribute to business planning, and support decision‑making.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Maintain the HR In‑box: review, respond, forward inquiries, and distribute tasks.

Track and audit employee records in the HRIS system and other platforms.

Perform periodic documentation audits as needed.

Assist with company events, activities, and quarterly AvettaGives initiatives.

Support global onboarding and employee changes.

Handle reporting and other projects as assigned.

Maintain regular and predictive attendance.

Ideal Education, Training & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.

3+ years of related experience.

Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow‑through.

High level of confidentiality and personal integrity.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently.

Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners.

Ability to work on moderate‑scope problems requiring analysis of multiple factors.

Judgment to determine a course of action based on established guidelines.

Recommend process modifications and new implementations as needed.

Develop subject‑matter expertise and apply professional concepts and company policies.

Computer literacy – proficient with MS Office suite and other platforms.

Ability to work successfully in a fast‑paced environment.

Urgency and timeliness – all inquiries answered promptly.
