We are seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly motivated IT Support Technicians to join a global technology delivery team supporting Lenovo technology operations during the largest sporting tournament in the world. This is a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity to work behind the scenes of a major international event, ensuring mission‑critical technology operates flawlessly in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. You will be part of an international team delivering on‑site IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software, and helping ensure seamless operations across stadiums, media centers, and event facilities. Key Responsibilities

Provide on‑site IT support for Lenovo hardware and associated technologies during the tournament Install, configure, and support: Laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals Networking and end‑user devices Perform break/fix troubleshooting under time‑critical conditions Support event operations teams, media, and technical staff Follow defined incident, escalation, and change procedures Assist with pre‑event setup, live event operations, and post‑event decommissioning Work collaboratively with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in IT support / desktop support / field engineering Strong understanding of: Basic networking concepts Hardware troubleshooting Hands‑on experience with Lenovo hardware (or equivalent enterprise devices) preferred Ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly under pressure Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset Comfortable working in busy, high‑energy environments Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and match days Enthusiastic and proactive Calm, reliable, and adaptable in high‑pressure situations Team‑oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude Passionate about technology and live events Excited by the opportunity to support a world‑class sporting event Eligibility & Availability

Legal right to work in the host country/location Ability to travel to assigned host cities if required Availability during the major global sporting event Prior experience working on large events or global deployments is a strong advantage What We Offer
