Job Title: QA/QC Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Specialist to support a hospital project focused on the remodel of 224 restrooms. This role will require meticulous attention to detail, especially in the waterproofing application for floor drains, fixtures, and walls.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet company standards.
Conduct thorough testing of products, services, and processes to identify defects or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality concerns and enhance product functionality.
Document and track quality assurance results, providing detailed reports on testing outcomes.
Provide product development teams with input on enhancing overall quality, usability, and functionality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality guidelines.
Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, checklists, and reports.
Monitor and review customer feedback and complaints to identify potential quality concerns.
Train and mentor junior team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Essential Skills
3 years of QA/QC experience.
Experience working on commercial construction projects.
Proven experience in quality assurance, testing, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and best practices.
Familiarity with quality assurance tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and testing strategies.
Proficient in using quality management tools and software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team‑oriented with a collaborative attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience supporting a hospital construction project.
JOC experience is preferred.
Work Environment The position is onsite at a hospital location in Arizona, with a Monday to Friday schedule. Specific start and end times are to be determined.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Gilbert, AZ.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 – $115000.00/hr.
