Base pay range $80,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr
Qualifications / Duties
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
10 years of professional experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Post-Tol Educational (PTOE) qualification
Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads, and Microsoft Office
Proficiency in VISSIM, Synchro, HCS, or similar traffic simulation tools
Knowledge of state DOT procedures and policies
Experience with roadway and highway design
Traffic analysis expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
