Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines, foster good client relations, and promote a professional image. Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Assist in developing property-level financial and operational goals. Manage day-to-day activities of the assigned locations, including customer interaction, completing evening close reports, processing deposits, scheduling staff, supervising frontline staff, preparing month-end reports, auditing cashier shifts, time card checks, hiring and training staff, reviewing damage claims, disbursing petty cash, and assisting with annual budget preparation. Provide courteous customer assistance and answer questions. Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager. Report accidents, safety hazards, policy violations, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager. Assist with debris cleanup and related safety tasks as needed. Have thorough knowledge of all garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the local area. Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed. Qualifications

Education/Experience: High school graduate; at least six months of parking experience preferred. Availability to work: Shift requirements vary by location; may include 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record. Oral Communication: Clear speech; good listening and clarification. Written Communication: Clear and informative writing; ability to read and interpret information. Customer Service: Strong customer orientation and professional, courteous service. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events. Judgment: Sound and accurate judgment. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, handle cash and equipment; may require lifting up to 25 pounds; reasonable accommodations available.
