Overview
Manager Global Security Operations Control – join to apply for the Manager Global Security Operations Control role at Federal Express Corporation. Responsibilities
Plans, staffs, organizes, directs, and controls a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center. Selects, implements, and maintains procedures, programs, and electronic/computer security systems on a nationwide level. Manages enterprise-wide security monitoring and alarm systems, including alarm response processes. Monitors social media for threats to enterprise employees and assets and initiates response as deemed necessary. Performs other duties as assigned. Work Location
This position will be in Memphis, Tennessee. Relocation

Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience
Five (5) years’ experience in a control center/command and control environment, including two (2) years’ experience with electronic and computer systems/networks. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Must be able to receive a Government Security Clearance. Knowledge of CCTV, controlled access, recording radio systems, and security hardware devices. Knowledge of global security risks and threats. Ability to successfully complete required training programs. Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills. Job Conditions
Must be able to work multiple shifts and be on call 24/7 in a constant state of alertness; non-covered safety sensitive position. Pay Transparency and Pay
