12 Month+ Contract

Base Pay Range:

$37.00/hr - $41.21/hr

Responsibilities

Develop, own, and communicate holistic project timelines to internal and external teams on a regular basis.

Create and manage all project timelines.

Organize and set up kickoffs, collaborations, and presentations.

Lead both internal and brand status meetings.

Manage and recommend process optimizations using agile principles.

Share and celebrate projects, lead retrospective sessions, and suggest ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines.

Act as a cross‑functional hub for all project executions, partnering closely with internal and external partners to ensure overall project success.

Proficiently manage high‑volume, quick‑turn projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Understand multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential, and content.

Manage the production phase of most projects, once key creative and copy have been approved.

Consider the full scope of projects beyond simply managing timelines, ensuring the pieces work together.

Think strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made, participating and contributing to conversations regarding the consumer journey/experience.

Take ownership of project efficiency; understand project processes and how to adapt them.

Ensure proper assets by understanding formats, sizes, and asset requirements.

Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency with Content Hub and/or VR Financial tools.

Utilize agency software tools to open jobs.

Work with account leads to scope project jobs accurately.

Issue purchase orders to external vendors.

Demonstrate working knowledge of internal and external partner processes.

Manage all production‑related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta‑agency partners.

Gather and vet specifications to ensure project accuracy.

Additional Skills

Proficient in Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience with Project Management and Agile tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Thoroughness and attention to detail.

Exhibits a helpful, pro‑active attitude.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5‑10 years of experience in an agency project management role.

Demonstrated ability of past contributions to client businesses in an agency service environment.
