Develop and communicate comprehensive project timelines to internal and external teams regularly. Organize and facilitate project kickoffs, collaborations, and presentations to ensure alignment and clarity. Lead internal and brand status meetings, fostering collaboration and transparency. Manage and recommend process improvements using agile principles to optimize project workflows. Act as a central hub for all project executions, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure project success. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-10 years of experience in an agency project management role. Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Agile methodologies and managing high-volume, fast-turnaround projects. Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.
