Earn $19.00 Per Hour
Flexible and Full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm)

Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facility.
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily operations.
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Drive to multiple properties to perform bank cash deposits.
Open and close facilities, assist reservation and walk‑in customers in renting storage spaces, resolve issues, and complete lease agreements.
Manage company assets/property and access customer accounts, including confidential information, when responding to break‑ins and delinquent accounts.
Accept, enter, and accurately document all customer payments, ensuring cash handling and deposits are conducted in accordance with company policy.
Make scheduled delinquent calls, access customer personal information, execute lien sales, and administer transactions with Auction Vendors, including providing access to purchased space.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Walk and stand in facilities for up to 50% of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal, free of debris.
Qualifications Experience:
Successful candidates come from customer service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation:
Valid driver’s license required. Must use own vehicle to travel between work locations. Mileage reimbursement available.
