Compensation This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Team Lead earns $120k-200k+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the greater Austin area.
3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
