Farm Operations Manager
to lead livestock operations for a respected agricultural organization in the
North Manchester area, near Fort Wayne, Indiana . The company offers
relocation assistance
for the right candidate. What You’ll Do
Oversee daily calf and livestock operations across multiple nursery farms Lead, train, and schedule a dedicated farm team Manage calf health, nutrition, and facility performance Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards Support research and continuous improvement projects Collaborate with regional livestock leadership on planning and reporting What You’ll Bring
Proven livestock or dairy management experience (calf background strongly preferred) Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to balance hands-on work with administrative tasks Degree or background in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field preferred Physically able to work in farm environments (lifting 50 lbs, indoor/outdoor conditions) What’s Offered
