Responsibilities
Build strong, long-term relationships with dairy producers throughout Central Texas
Consult with farmers to improve herd health, calf performance, and operational efficiency
Promote and support proven, science-backed animal health and nutrition solutions
Work closely with a knowledgeable, supportive team that values collaboration and mentorship
Manage a daily travel schedule, including frequent overnights within the territory
Qualifications
Passion for the dairy industry and helping producers succeed
Strong communication skills and a consultative, relationship-focused mindset
Willingness to travel daily with regular overnight stays
Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow
Experience is flexible:
Dairy, animal health, or ag-related sales experience OR
A degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, or a related field with a strong interest in sales
Benefits
Competitive base salary of $50,000-$90,000, plus commissions
