$88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.
Lead, train, and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external vendor relationships.
Implement and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance within maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing maintenance operations and teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Demonstrated ability to implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Experience with budget management, spare parts inventory, and vendor relations.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA).
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
Experience managing capital improvement projects and facility expansions.
Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
