Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, monitor, and supervise staff and service delivery of the program.
Ensure compliance with NCYF policies, procedures, and contracts.
Facilitate staff meetings and provide regular trainings.
Approve treatment plans and termination summaries.
Oversee client intakes and provide clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.
Manage weekday operations, including occasional evening hours, frequent local travel, and maintain a valid/active driver’s license.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in human services or social services (required).
At least 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks.
Valid driver’s license.
