Position Summary
Able to Serve is a 22‑year‑old, faith‑based, community‑funded nonprofit serving adults with disabilities. Our day program provides a safe, supportive environment where participants build independence, develop life skills, and serve others. We believe every person is created by God with dignity, purpose, and potential. The organization seeks a hands‑on, business‑minded Finance & Administration Manager to oversee financial and administrative operations in a small but growing nonprofit. This role blends strategic oversight with daily execution and supports the organization’s long‑term sustainability. Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, reporting, and cash management Lead the annual budget and support financial planning Manage donor database and ensure accurate donor reporting Maintain internal systems for accounting, administration, and records Oversee vendors, contracts, facilities, and basic risk management Support the Executive Director and Board with reporting and administrative needs Coordinate administrative and facilities volunteers Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field would be a plus 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration Nonprofit experience strongly preferred Experience in a small or multi‑role organization a plus Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar) and Microsoft/Google tools Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Culture & Values
