Logistics Manager
– Direct, manage, and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, material staging, and client services activities. Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics, storing, organizing, and staging of material that directly affects client service.

Essential Duties
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation
Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle
Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs to improve efficiency
Arrange warehouse flow as needed
Plan routes and process shipments
Maximize productivity and accuracy while reducing cost, including daily time submissions for associates
Maintain metrics to analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Create policies and/or procedures for logistics activities
Resolve problems concerning transportation, systems, processes, and/or client issues
Manage shipping and receiving of materials and supplies for all departments allocated at the warehouse
Monitor requests for conference room and training center
Assist Service Business Administrator with the in-fleeting of service vehicles and repairs to the fleet
Oversee uniform requests and safety supplies as needed
Maintain orderly/organized upkeep of warehouse facilities
Responsible for onboarding, safety, and compliance training of new associates
Responsible for refrigerant reclamation process with vendor, managing EPA files, and waste oil processing with vendors
Assist in maintaining DOT monitoring records
Responsible for procurement of service supplies, small tools, and tool repair
Other duties as assigned
Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years in logistics-related field
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Proficient with MS Office
Knowledgeable with the metropolitan area
Safety-conscious and able to operate a forklift
Excellent communication skills, self-starter, multi-tasker, problem solver, organized, detailed
Able to work well independently with minimal supervision, client service oriented, provides professional service
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in standard office and warehouse environment
Able to lift 100lbs occasionally
Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required
Ability to climb ladders, bend, and kneel for extended periods
Being able to work indoors and outdoors through all seasonal changes
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise the following roles: Mechanical Assistants, Drivers
Coaching, mentorship, and performance management of all direct reports
Networking, developing leads, and recruitment
Training and compliance with all employment laws and regulations
