Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
The Manager of this RIA Client Service team serves as the direct leader and primary point of accountability for the firm’s service team. This role ensures operational excellence, client experience consistency, and team development through proactive leadership, training, and collaboration with advisory and management teams.

Responsibilities
Full understanding of industry standard wealth management processes
Manage and develop the Client Service team
Provide best-in-class service supporting Financial Advisors for client family relationships
Responsible for CRM data integrity and assisting with business development efforts
Monitor and address custodial alerts throughout the day, communicating status to client service team and advisor as needed
Collaborate with other department leaders and develop SOP
Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs, interview candidates and support onboarding
Create checklists and own the client service training program
Serve as primary contact for Custodial relationships with Fidelity and Schwab
Qualifications
Four-year college degree (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics)
5-10 years of leadership experience within financial services, preferably with an RIA
Series 65 license (required or achieved)
Experience with financial technologies including Salesforce, Orion, eMoney/Money Guide Pro, Wealthscape/custodian platforms
