Business Development Representative (BDR) / Customer Service Representative / Internet Representative The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is looking for a talented customer service representative to continue to develop and maintain relationships and meet our customer’s needs over the phone.

Job Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and building lasting client relationships, delivering an unparalleled customer experience

Scheduling appointments and following up on customer satisfaction

Greeting customers both in‑person and over the phone

Developing rapport with prospective buyers and generating leads

Maintaining and updating online inventory listings on various websites

Effectively demonstrating product features and values to customers

Ensuring accurate completion of transaction paperwork and making follow‑up sales & service calls

Initiating and maintaining communication with customers via phone, email, and internet leads to set appointments

Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Call center or customer service experience is highly preferred

Strong motivation and persistence to succeed

Proficient in using computers and the internet

Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized with excellent communication skills

Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation

A solid work ethic with a passion for providing superior service

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Must be a self‑starter with an outgoing, customer‑focused personality

High school diploma or GED required
