Full‑Time Service Department Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support the Service Department, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow‑ups.
Use Dealership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to capture and follow up on service leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management.
Provide a friendly, professional, and high‑energy experience on all calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Call‑center experience or similar position highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Comfortable with computer systems and internet use.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
Organized with a strong attention to detail.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A self‑starter with a customer‑first mentality.
High School Diploma or GED required.
