Job Description We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and personable
Business Development Intern
to join our team for a full-time internship from February through May 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in sales, business development, or client relations. The ideal candidate is confident, curious, and eager to learn how to generate new business and build lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Support the business development and sales team with lead generation and outreach
Research prospective clients, industries, and market opportunities
Assist with outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential clients
Help qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales staff
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information
Prepare basic reports on outreach activity and pipeline progress
Participate in sales meetings and learn sales strategy, messaging, and negotiation fundamentals
Provide general administrative and sales support as needed
Qualifications & Personality Traits
Strong interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeComfortable taking initiative and learning through hands-on experience
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (but not required)
