Sales Representative
to help grow its client base and maximize occupancy across its portfolio. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads for office rental opportunities
Conduct tours and present office space options to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate office solutions
Negotiate lease terms and assist with closing agreements
Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, and deals in internal systems
Collaborate with operations and management to ensure smooth move-ins
Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade and close
Organized with strong follow-up and time-management skillsComfortable working independently and meeting targets
Prior sales, real estate, or customer-facing experience preferred
