KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DECISIONS
1.
Aspart of theProduction Leadership team,assiststhe TPM trioin delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, Production and Engagement results.
2.
Ensure allassociatesfollow all safety and food safety and quality standards.
3.
Ensure all quality checks are completed properly and on time.
4.
Responsible for documenting and updating production reports.
5.
Ensure the necessary materials and supplies are in place before and during productionto run.
6.
Ensurethat the production schedule is completed in the most cost-efficient way.
7.
Responsible for communicating issues throughout the shift and being part of the solution.
8.
Manage the sequence of events for startups, changeover,and shut down.
9.
Analyzeassignedline data and work with the line trioand production leaderstoprioritizeidentifygaps, trends andprioritize loss elimination.
10.
Required tooperatemachinery as necessary whilemaintainingthe performance of the line.
11.
Responsible for the execution of the AM systems on the AM models assigned to them.
12.
Responsible for troubleshooting the equipment and making proper adjustments.
13.
Responsible for inspecting the equipment and completing minor repairs.
14.
Assistin the implementationofoperation standards.Ensure thatEquipment OwnerII & Ialong withAssociates understand and follow thesestandards.
15.
Ensure that Standard work, 6S and Quick changeover standards are being followed.
16.
Supportthe AM implementation of their line anddevelopthe capabilities of their equipment owners.
17.
Monitoring ofassignedlineproductivitymetricsandproductquality.
18.
Participates asa part of the Production Leadership teamontheKaizen events andensures costsaving opportunities are sustained.
Work Schedule :One shift of 12-14 hoursper day, 4 days a week could be on weekends - start time could be 5am to 7am depending on role and area.
