Base pay range:
$50,960.00/yr – $50,960.00/yr Starting rates:
$24.50/hour for BT, $26/hour for RBT Final compensation
determined by experience, training, and education.

What You’ll Do
Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or one of our new centers.
Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based behavior treatments.
Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in training sessions.
Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
Communicate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and other team members.
Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations.
Qualifications
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays.
Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver’s license, and car insurance for in‑home services.
Maintenance of clean background/drug screening and driving record.
BT:
Ability to attend our 40‑hour RBT training course and be eligible to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
RBT:
Ability to attend the required training program.
