Home Health Aide (HHA/PCA) – Immediate Openings in Long Island
AccordCare is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA/PCA) for multiple locations in Long Island. Pay ranges from $19.65 to $21.32 per hour. Shift options include 12‑hour day and night shifts (7 am‑7 pm, 7 pm‑7 am, 8 am‑8 pm, 8 pm‑8 am). Applicants must be available Monday‑Friday and on weekends.
Schedule
12‑hour shift: day or night.
Monday‑Friday and weekend availability.
Self‑determined schedule; differentials available.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
Perform basic health‑care services, including checking vital signs.
Help with general light housekeeping.
Provide care in line with the Plan of Care to ensure safety, well‑being, and satisfaction.
