Base Pay Rate: $19.65 - $21.32 per hour
Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts Day/Night (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am); Day shift/Night shift; Monday to Friday; Weekend availability; Self-determined schedule. Differentials available.
Location: Multiple Locations (Suffolk County - Melville area and surrounding regions, among others)
Responsibilities
Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
Perform basic health care services for patients, including checking vital signs.
Assist with general light housekeeping.
