Perform clinical assessments and identify patient needs. Document, prepare, and complete patient Plans of Care; track progress and revise as needed. Plan and provide treatment for neuro‑muscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on referral and assessment. Assist and instruct patients and families in safe transfer techniques and equipment usage. Promote company mission and administrative policies to ensure quality of care. Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved program. Current Texas State license as a PT and a Texas driver’s license with reliable transportation. One year of experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting; pediatric experience required. Effective interpersonal relations and communication skills. Knowledge of durable medical equipment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, travel locally, and work in patients’ homes. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Able to maintain confidentiality and hold current CPR certification. Capacity for heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, standing; prolonged standing and walking required. Benefits
