Aim to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology field

Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic plans
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required (10-15% overnight travel)
Experience in the healthcare or scientific field, preferably with oncology exposure
Reside within or near the assigned district
Strong performance history in sales or marketing roles
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
Documented success in a sales or clinical oncology role
Experience with oncology therapeutic sales to healthcare providers
