What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory by promoting and selling Medtronic Endovascular and related products
Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records for effective territory management
Identify and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers and customers
Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
Participate in product and skills development programs to enhance product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years of relevant sales experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; OR
Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years of relevant sales experience; OR
Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of relevant sales experience
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
Demonstrated success in a previous sales role in a highly technical and competitive environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of AAA and/or Thoracic Procedures
Experience in sales planning, organization, and execution
Proven skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management
Top 10% past performance or recognition such as President's Club
Ability to educate medical personnel and peers effectively
