We are seeking
compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs)
with experience in
crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health
to join our team in
Tucson, Arizona . These
full‑time, direct‑hire
opportunities offer long‑term stability, predictable schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package. These roles are ideal for nurses who thrive in

Residential Behavioral Health RNs
for both

Provide patient‑centered nursing care in
inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings Deliver detox services and assist patients through
crisis stabilization Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients to community‑based resources Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and
trauma‑informed environment Accurately document assessments, interventions, and care in the EMR Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams Requirements
Active Arizona RN license or compacts state license (required) BLS certification (required) Crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health experience Disposition based on unit: residential experience preferred for Residential RN roles Ability to work one of the
fixed 12‑hour schedules
listed above Strong interpersonal, communication, and de‑escalation skills Open to
experienced behavioral health RNs
and
motivated new graduates
