Complete assessments and support crisis stabilization
Collaborate with providers, therapists, and peer support teams
Document patient care accurately and compliantly
Educate patients and connect them with recovery and community resources
What We’re Looking For
Active Arizona RN license or Compact eligibility
Commitment to a fixed day or night schedule
Interest or experience in behavioral health, crisis, or detox care
Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates
Pay & Differentials Base Pay: $42–$52/hr (DOE)
Strong differentials plus predictable scheduling support both financial goals and work‑life balance.
