Branch Manager (Land Development)
to lead and scale its South Jersey operations. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven professional who wants to drive strategy, develop high‑performing teams, and make a lasting impact across the New Jersey region. What You’ll Do
Lead branch‑level operations and execute growth strategies in partnership with Regional and Firm Leadership Oversee land development projects across residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and industrial sectors Serve as a senior client partner, strengthening relationships and expanding the firm’s local market presence Mentor, develop, and empower senior and mid‑level professionals while building future leaders Ensure quality assurance, operational excellence, and consistent project delivery Manage branch financial performance, resource planning, and operational workflows Why Apply

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience) 15+ years of experience in land development and permitting (residential, commercial, industrial) Professional licensure (PE, LSA, or PLS) preferred Proven experience leading teams, managing operations, and delivering against financial metrics Strong business development background with established local industry relationships Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills Compensation
Base salary range:
$160,000 – $195,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. Ready to Lead?
